What is Pilates?
Pilates is a method of low-impact exercise that has gained widespread popularity due to its focus on controlled movements, core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The Pilates+ difference
Pilates+ classes are taught by an internationally qualified Pilates teacher and are mat-based, incorporating small props and equipment to provide challenge and variety. The primary focus is on providing expert guidance in a safe and supportive environment, where you can learn effective, comfortable and enjoyable movement techniques. Most exercises are low impact and gentle, but always offer you some challenge too!
Classes are intentionally small - a maximum of 2 people per class - to ensure that you have the opportunity to experience the benefits of individual attention to help you develop and hone your own movement practice.
